Information
This chapter explains the Information window. Use it to verify model, firmware, hardware, and device traceability information; it does not edit or write device data.
Access and Interface
After connecting the device, click Information in the lower-right corner of the main window to open the information for the current device or module.
The Information window is read-only and does not support editing or writing device data.

Confirms the firmware and configuration-code information. Refer to the project delivery documentation for applicability. |

Used for device traceability and field records. Displayed information depends on data read from the connected device. |
If any product information is blank or incorrectly formatted, first confirm that the device is connected and status data is being read correctly, then record the issue according to the project process.
