Stop motion and disable the drive before changing protection parameters. Make sure the load is supported and the mechanism cannot move unexpectedly when a threshold changes.

High-risk operation:Apply on a safety page writes protection parameters to the controller, and some are persistent. Stop motion, disable the drive, and secure the load before making changes. Do not change protection thresholds while the device is moving or enabled.

Continuous Current:
Sets the current the drive may output continuously.
Set according to the motor and drive specifications. Do not treat short-term peak capability as continuous capability.
Peak Current Duration:
In ms. A typical range is 0 ms to 11,000 ms.
Set according to load impact and drive specifications. Excessive duration may increase heating and overload risk.
Current:
Sets the three-phase-current limit. A typical setting is the peak current plus approximately 5,000 mA of margin.
Increasing this limit abnormally may conceal a current-sampling, wiring, or power-stage problem.
The Sum Error of Three Phase:
Sets the three-phase-current-error limit. A typical setting is the peak current plus approximately 5,000 mA of margin.
Increasing this limit abnormally may conceal a current-sampling, wiring, or power-stage problem.
Max Phase Current:
Limits the single-phase-current protection threshold. A typical setting is the peak current plus approximately 5,000 mA of margin.
After changing it, perform a low-risk trial run and monitor current, temperature rise, and fault state.
Max Motor Current:
Limits the total-motor-current protection threshold. A typical setting is the peak current plus approximately 5,000 mA of margin.

Max Drive Temperature:
Sets the temperature-protection threshold. A typical range is 65°C to 85°C.
Do not raise the threshold merely to suppress a warning. First check cooling, load, and ambient temperature.
Max Output Torque(‰ ·0x6072):
Limits output torque. A typical range is 100.1% to 300.0%.
The torque limit affects mechanism force, holding force, and overload protection. Set it according to mechanical-safety requirements.

The Safety Power page covers voltage, current, torque, and temperature. If changes cause false warnings, heating, noise, or insufficient output, restore the last verified parameters and recheck the device specifications.

Protection does not trigger as expected
Check whether thresholds are too wide and whether the current control mode matches the actual feedback. Confirm that the firmware supports the parameter.
Some items are missing or read-only
Confirm that the current model, hardware version, firmware version, and project delivery documents support this setting.
Read or write fails
Do not apply repeatedly. First verify the connection, device ID, firmware version, project documentation, and current error state.
Position or speed limits do not match motion behavior
